Shanti Gill


Shanti is available for one to one yoga and healing sessions. Shanti went through a two year intensive training in Chi Healing alongside bodywork skills, anatomy, physiology and Thai Medical Massage. She trained for 6 years as a teacher of tai chi and chi kung and then as an instructor of Life Force Yoga. Shanti found that Yoga is a wonderful facilitator to a healthy mind and body, so in 2006 she completed a second yoga teacher training course, this time focusing on Ashtanga Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pra nayama and yogic scriptures.  Shanti has been fortunate to study with Shri Patabhi Jois, the father of the Ashtanga system as it is known today
